1. Fulfillment Policy
TechMarketer, LLC (“Service Provider”) provides marketing automation and content services under a subscription model. Upon successful payment, the Client will receive access to the agreed-upon services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Marketing automation setup and management
- Content creation and distribution
- CRM and software integrations
Services commence upon payment and will be fulfilled according to the terms outlined in the Client’s agreement.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made to TechMarketer, LLC are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:
- TechMarketer, LLC is unable to deliver the service as outlined in the agreement.
- A billing error has occurred due to a processing mistake on our end.
Clients who believe they are entitled to a refund must submit a request in writing to [support@techmarketer.co] within 7 days of the billing date. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription after the 10th month of service by providing a 30-day written notice to [support@techmarketer.co].
Upon cancellation:
- Services will continue until the end of the final billing cycle.
- If applicable, all Client-owned assets (e.g., Zapier automations) will be transferred as per the contract terms.
- No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early termination.
TechMarketer, LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:
- Violation of service terms.
- Non-payment after 7 days past the due date.
